Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts

WALA - Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts supports artistic expression and creative innovation by serving the legal needs of the Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland arts and cultural communities. DCMS members will receive the benefits of WALA Artist Membership (a $40 value). DCMS members are eligible to attend WALA’s Basics workshops and clinics at no additional fee, and if they require further legal assistance will be referred to a pro bono or a fee attorney, depending on their individual income level.
